I think the brightness of the sky and the upper right wall of the "Tower" detract a little from the overall image.

Does not look abandoned to me: the grass is short and the little trees are green, seems someone is providing them some fresh water. Perhaps is closed, but probably changing owners. Besides this fact i think it is a good shot, perhaps some overexposed area at the top right part of the image but the only way here to expose everything ok is combining at least 2 shots. 5
