Subject for the challenge is not very interesting. Using the rice around it was a good idea but something different as the subject would have helped.

Nice colors, that's a cool looking balloon. I think having the houses here detracts from a really good image, if it had a different crop with just the trees balloon and sky this could be really nice.

That is kind of like saying that if a person is holding the camera, the camera isn't moving the person is. I would think anything that moves the camera from it's starting position (relative to the earth itself - gotta exclude those cosmic movements) while the shutter is open would be considered camera movement.
