Initial response : very nice, nice blue, a little too much blue ? Nice angle, cute kid.

COMPOSITION : Nice and jsutified use of the angle and good perspective. Nice colors. the branch on the left is a little distracting. Tried cropping on my screen with a piece of paper .. maybe a little bit better.
I would have removed some blue on top , the plane looks a little too much 'dead centered' vertically.
Nice use of negative space .. it looks vertically like an arrow, conveys a dynamic feeling to the shot, not only the kid holding the plane.

PHOTO TECHNIQUE : Good exposure (the part in the neck is ntot fully dark and stil lcontains details, same for the hand holding the plane). Depth of field good as well.

DIGITAL : Looks a little oversharpened (below the chin, right of arm, right of plane) but.

MY OPINION:
A great shot. I do not know the song but I guess there is one called that name ;-). I like that shot. Congratulations !

Personally I would have cropped out more of the sky. I don't feel it adds to the photo. The focus is really good, the colors are great, composition i nice, I wish you hadn't cropped it so tightly on the left and left space on the right. Would have centered the boy more. Still a beautiful shot. PTL 7

I'd have avoided the branches on the left...they're very distracting. Would like to see all of his head - if you centered him at the bottom of the frame it'd have a lot more impact. Big ups to the PJ.

Nice composition and concept. Nice clear blue sky as well! The ends of a few branches are showing on the left and I'd like to see more of the boys face. Still a great shot as is! Very well done.

I think the use of negative space here is brilliant. The contrast between the red plane and the blue sky works well and the angle of the boy's head seems to contribute in a big way. Never heard of the song mind you, but this is great.
