I was not impressed by this very blurry, noisy, unrecognizable blob, but I was willing to be convinced into an apology in case I was at fault of missing something amazing.

After roll-over, I checked this image.

Still no explanation, absolutely NO notes, no explanations, no details, in fact there is nothing whatsoever.

I am now happy I voted a 2.

I think this could have been much better if the house on the left were cropped out and the overall photograph didn't look so washed out, I think it is a bit overexposed and needs a bit more contrast.
