Zoo Animal Viewby Dr.ConfuserComment by espy2: I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.
This was just ok for me. A child at the zoo or anywhere is a target for a candid. One never need step out of their comfort zone to see capture a child doing obscure things. Their emotions are uncontained. In this shot, I see little of interest though. No story, no real emotion, nothing that sparks the viewers mind. To me, its a 3. |

Zoo Animal Viewby Dr.ConfuserComment by e301: Nice moment, and excellent technical stuff. Like the slightly daft pose, but I fear it might be lost amongst a raft of other child shots. |

Vortex of Chaosby Dr.ConfuserComment by moniepenny: Hello from the critique club.
What I really like about this image is the sense of balance and symmetry that's here. It's busy, but at the same time all the elements work together. I like the strong lines, and then angle that this was shot from. I especially like the shadow on the wall, it just brings everything together.
I think though, that this might benefit from being a little more sharp & crisp, it would give it extra "pop". I'd also like to see the colours more vivid, particularly the red.
All in all, this is a very unique and memorable image. Good job. :) |

Vortex of Chaosby Dr.ConfuserComment by Artifacts: Well done abstract. Technically very good and the lighting on the right side adds considerably to the balance of the composition. I might have cropped a bit more off the left side. That, by no means, detracts from the overall high quality of this entry. |
