Sorry but the feet are not nice to look at, the book is not level and the eggs would probably break because they are not on end, but who cares if they break. I think that this would rate higher if it was in b&w and you adjusted the rotation of the photo to put the book at a straight horizoon. The whites seem to be a bit washed out on the book so B&W would sort of be a more dramatic effect...and the feet, well.. umm.. yeah.

Interesting idea. I would prefer it with the binding of the book towards the camera, I think. And no offense I hope, but that's not the most photogenic foot, so I think a foot in a shoe would be better.

I bet you love living here. I think two things would make this photo stronger.
1 - Move that grill
2- Tighter crop to isolate the window frame and the view.
I don't think you needed the kitchen actually in the photo.

Great caputure on the sunset, and exposure control. I have to admit though, with the kitchen in the photo....it's very interesting. I've never seen a true granite tile installation on the east coast. Dig the cherry & stainless.

Nothing against your kitchen but could have done with more of the sky...cropping.

Now I would get the washing up done if I lived there, I'm sure :-) First reaction is that the square aspect ration of the shot is pecualiar - but in fact it serves to present the picture through the windows as something alien to this interior domestic scene - helped of course by the interio flash illumination. Makes that sunset (rise?) seem even more other-worldly. Good work keeping enough bounce of the glass, and not quite over-powering tthe existing interior light.

I suggest wearing shoes or socks and placing black or white fabric under the eggs. Theres a hair right by the right egg. Its a nice idea, but it needs some improvements in the setup.

A closer crop would have helped here - too many distracting elements in the foreground.
