The sky is lovely... although the sun is very hot and blows out that entire portion of the pic. IMO, it's a stretch for this challenge.

I'm guessing you might take a hit from the digital manipulations in the windows challenge this week. This has a bit of a "digitally created" feel. Disgarding that, its an OK shot, the colors are nice, but the attention is really drawn by the background, and the sillouette is kind of more of a distraction. But not a bad effort or idea.

I like the composition. the clouds look great but the sun is a little to bright for me and it is very distracting. It is hard to look any where else.
