Café Dorregoby Gaby_GComment by CapeSail: I really like this, looks like a photo from B&W magazine, great tones and details. Very nicely done. |

Café Dorregoby Gaby_GComment by rmtm333: Great decision to convert to B&W, love the contrast. Simple border helps the image. Good Luck. 7. |

Angelby Gaby_GComment by SaraR: I feel that this is one of those photographs that holds enormous appeal to the parents, but less for unconnected viewers. The pose is reminiscent of some little porcelein figures that were popular a while back - not really to my taste, but a perfectly valid artistic expression, and one that I am sure will appeal to many. The uncluttered composition, and the stage style spotlight on the sleeping child certainly focus the viewers' attention in a way that is really quite soothing to the eye - you can feel the quiet and calm of the scene. The skin seems a little too smooth and polished, although it is good to see the detail in the dress. The boots seem a little incongruous with the summer dress, and my eye is drawn to the splodge on the bottom of the lower one, and I find myself wondering if the little girl has stepped on some chewing gum, which rather spoild the over-all effect ;¬) |

Angelby Gaby_GComment by Retroesque: There's something disturbing about this image. The child appears lifeless rather than 'resting'. Perhaps the addition of a toy or blanket would have suggested more slumber and peace. |
