O.by fannybComment by nathaliedoo: Very nice, it would have been perfect if the left side would have been also in focus. Nice idea. |

O.by fannybComment by LindaLee: I like the colors and composition, and how it is light on one side and dark on the other. Cool shot. |

canby fannybComment by dustin03: hello. i think this shot fit's mundane challenge enough and would have done very well. I shure would give it a high 8 or up there. However, I want to say that this shot is very nicely done and adjusted to my taste. It flows very smoothly. At first, I wondered what it was. I like that. Shots that make you look twice and wonder. Also, it's a bit of an abstract. Which I love in photograghy. Those shots are a little harder to come by and/or shoot, without ripping them apart in Photoshop. :) Good luck on future entries. |

Fired Iceby fannybComment by fannyb: Thanks Rob!
I really enjoyed this challenge as it was my first challenge after 2 years of leave from dpc.
I'm not sure I'll be doing the fire challenge, since I'm in the middle of midterms right now.
Thank you though, really makes me feel better to know someone liked it enough to take a minute and comment afterwards.

...by fannybComment by fannyb: Thanks Gordon,
I knew going in that it was too smooth for most people though.
I predicted a 4 and I got 5,2... not bad. There's still hope for "smoothness" *chuckles*
Thanks to all who commented!
Stéphanie
Edit: Oh yes, to everyone who asked about the title, I knew this was too smooth going in. I could have come up with something that would have explained the photo, but I wanted it to stand on it's own. Message edited by author 2004-02-25 06:30:53. |

Well done.
