I think of all the bug shots I like this one the best. I love that it is not green. Fantastic detail on the grasshopper and the plant that he is sitting on gives a great contrast of curves against the lines of the bug. Really well done. personally, i'd like to see the trees come out less... well... burnt... but that's just me... i hate the color orange. go figure.

lovely photo though. i'd like to see more detail on your post processing... looks like you might have used some noise reduction that smoothed the clouds too much... or it was just that windy...
