Tiny yes mate it is, it is meant to show that this happens in real life, but it's a bit insensitive to be right in there photographing someone being spoon fed while he has tears running down his face. Most of my work is very confronting, my wife won't let me put it up here on challenges, because sometimes they are bit too in your face type of photos.
