Ooops neat just checked your profile....you are a fellow skip aswell....so you know what I ment about the medical and dole system here.
I don't know if you have people of no fixed address in Perth. But in NSW, VIC, SA they are.

Yes all these lovely people of no fixed address, I call my friends. I give them a hug every time I see them, have a meal with them, sit down on a busy street corner and chat with them, give them the processed photos the next time I see them. Most if not all my friends are not looking for help, as we have a very good social service and health system here in Australia. They just want to be acknowledged as equal human beings. And God created all of us equal. ( some of us God favoured more, and gave us a natural tan) hehehe....... they just want respect, not for us to look the other way...... God bbless them all.
