Super Bowls Fan by clickodakComment by snaffles: Marcel, just realized this was yours - so glad I gave it a 7! Very cute and funny, love the set. Methinks Sid is being almost a little too nitpicky with the reflections in the helmet, I never even noticed them. Congrats on the Canadian red! :-) |

An appealing image that contributes well to the challenge
Congratulations Marcel, a well deserved ribbon to add to your growing collection. You've done an excellent job and created a fun yet convincing composition worthy of your successful result. I like all the background elements, the shallow DOF and lighting it all works well. Perhaps my only criticism are the reflections in his helmet of your pictures hanging on the walls, a consideration for your next home studio set up? |

A pleasing composition Marcel. The foreground branch leads you nicely into the rest of the frame, the bridge is pleasingly in a complementary position. Good saturation of colours from correct exposure, smoothing of the water from a long exposure with good DOF throughout, technically, all good. |

An appealing image that contributes to the open challenge well
As I scroll down to reveal the image I'm looking at I try to guess whose image it is, I correctly guessed it was your Marcel. An interesting viewpoint that reveals a perspective that would probably not normally be noticed, well done for your 'seeing'. It would have been good to have biting sharpness right into the corners, especially the bottom left which may have been possible with a different focal point or smaller aperture or a combination of both |
