Go to the upper right corner, move down to just where the top of the first stem is, and make that the top edge of a 2:3 landscape shot that goes about 85% of the way across the frame. That's the only part of this photo that you needed - there's too much of a good thing here.

This is in the middle of the road for me, I love the black and white but for me its just a bit flat nothing really pops out at me.. I think its a great subject, but just needs a bit of something more to make it a wow.

Needs to be crisper - too little DoF or something but nothing to the left is sharp. You lose focus 1/2 way up the right girder.
