With the title, I was expecting a football scene from Dan Devine, but now I see it is a flower from God, or Divine Design. the downward facing of the flower makes my eyes just fall out of the picture. Seems like it would be better rotated.

It's really nice to have several variations on this theme in the challenge. All are different and show individual creativity. Yours is especially well done in the color arena - it's a very nice pallette. The only areas of concern is the white areas that show little or no detail, but they don't detract that much. The centered composition works great for this. You captured the action (and stopped it well) at the very peak. A well done effort!
