Wow, talk about different ends of the spectrum with your thoughts on this. The 'strands' could be silks on a loom, the image will only be complete once the shuttle has finished its horizontal weaving.

I especially like the space between the buildings - the rectangular shape with its irregular outcroppings (or incroppings if there's such a word and depending on how you look at it) - and the subtle interest of the reflections.

This is the thing that keeps me fascinated with photographs. A good photograph, a considered photograph, can transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
