Soft Flowby qmdiComment by Teafran: Unfortunately, this is one of my pet peeves - the overuse of this technique. Just based on the water flow itself, it probably would have made for a better image to lighten up on the effect and go with a less over powering shutter speed. Water flows, in and of themselves, are always interesting - a photographer can always find an eddy or rock where the intersting shapes of the wave forms without going to extremes like this. |

Round & Roundby qmdiComment by jdannels: I had lost this photo, but have just come back across it. I saw this photo early on in my photography development. I took alot from this photo and it really stuck in me to find patterns, rhythm and echoes of similar shapes in composition. Somehow I always try to do this is some way and I am glad I found it again. Now I put it in my favs as one of those stepping stone photos that reminds me of technique I strive for.
