I loved the pensive and peaceful look it conveyed superimposed witht the chaos of her hair. I also liked how some of her strands of hair seemed to reach for the horizon line. |

The extended negative space above the subject's head and the title were the finishing touches for me. I could be wrong, but it seemed to me you were evoking something of a modern cinematic take on traditional eastern Orthodox religious iconography? |
