you should have slighly desaturated the teeth so they didn't look so yellow but not too much also white balance is off on right half of image use fuzzy adjustment

i think this would have been stronger if the supporting colors hadn't been so shadowed. the greens and magentas are so relegated to the background that they aren't really helping the image. some images work well when caught midday, but this subject doesn't really lend itself to that much lighting, at least not from this perspective. the focus also appears to be a bit soft.
