Not well organised - keeping just a hint of the nose is disturbing, the fingers could be further up he cheek to balance the elements properly. Light makes for good portrait illumination, but little sense of feel.

Lot's of beard shots to contemplate, but so far I like the lighting and composition of this one the best. Just not my interest for subject.
