In Daddy's Armsby DefyTimeComment by joynim: I think this is very cute. I like the contrast between the paleness of her skin and the darkness of his skin and clothes, it beautifully accentuates her fragility as a young child.
I think this could be improved even more by some kind of interaction between her and her father, maybe having them look at each other. Even having her look up at him and still not see his face would improve.
Congrats on beating USA in the world Cup! |

Long Goneby DefyTimeComment by Ragga2000: Nice picture. Good colors, good choice of material, like the "black" shadows/trees in the foreground.. and a beautiful sky.... |

The Triple by DefyTimeComment by sacredspirit: I'm a little confused to see this got so many 10's.
Im a little confused to see this got so many 4's. Who and the world could give this a 4 or less. The contrasting colors, the focus, and meeting the definition of the challenge carries it well over a 4. Not to mention the uniqueness, DOF, and the composition. If I scored only 1 point for each of things I mentioned its at least a 6.
I personally think people can vote which ever way they choose, but it sort of begs the question who could possibly vote this a 1, 2, or 3.
Congrats, very nice interpretation of the challenge, and masterfully executed. |

Long Goneby DefyTimeComment by neophyte: I like the tones in the sky and the fact that there are stars there. Trunk of the tree seems a bit transparent, but maybe its just me. I also like the diagonal comp. |
