The framing on this is very nice - I like the greenery at the top and then in the center of the frame. You captured the story well, with the expert use of DOF. The balcony really helps with the lines of the composition - leading the eye to the window.

That said, this hardly seems like a habit. An obsession, a preferred activity, a deviance ... a crime perhaps, but not exactly a habit. But I think it's a great photo and marked it solely on those merits.

Hey - my name's Tom! Great take on the challenge - way better than a lot of the toliet seats, cigarettes, and ugly stuff. It's a good composition but the lighting didn't work well for you. The silhouette of "Tom" shows no detail at all - and it's 1/4 of the image or so. That's not too bad, but you do need to pop some light onto the binoculars for sure.
