It is somehow disturbing and scary, positions the viewer in a really unusual point of wive, unless it is a robber. Why the smile? I did change the comment - I don̢۪t want to generalize, it̢۪s not fair. From artistic point of view it is a good composition and close by effect. (8)

No. The squirrel is very clearly shot, close-
up in vivid color. Sure the
leaves above it are above it are blurred. But that's
negative space. trivial.
8th is great but you deserved even higher.
