Life in Deathby DefyTimeComment by JoelHSmith: This is my favorite so far. One suggestion I have (just a suggestion I'm giving this a 10) would be cloning out some of dead area of the tree with the vibrant green leaves. However, no matter how intricate of a cloning job you do it would be evident in a large print.... it would have been convincing on the web. Great job! |

Life in Deathby DefyTimeComment by ShutterPug: I'm sitting here staring at this trying to decide if I like the desat or not. I know I like the shot, and the desat is not bad....just thinking that the highlights might be a bit blown. If they weren't so strikingly bright I would love this. The tree colors are beautiful. Perfect title. |

Life in Deathby DefyTimeComment by KaDi: I rarely like cemetary shots despite the fact I've been known to take them. I like that you decided to take it from behind the stones so no names are shown--it gives it a timeless and placeless (if you will) feel. The selective desaturation is so appropriate here. Nicely done! |
