The textures are very good But I think the borders are very distracting it takes the attention from the picture my eyes goes straight to the borders

I really like this shot. I hate the border. It is way too big. I am sure a lot of other people have told you this already...but my suggestion would be eliminate the blue entirely and keep just the white line but make it a black line so that it doesn't blend in with the right side of the photo where the burned out highlight is. 7

The blue background does a nice job to help me the viewer to focus on the hatch door. Great picture, but I would've gone in closer to get more of the rust texture.

Damn damn amn I Hate that border -so obtrusive it defies belief! it actually has a negative effect on the photograph, making the blue in the image seem like a bizarre optical illusion due to the border. Very nasty indeed, I'm afraid. Can't get round it ata ll to look at the picture, I just keep wanting to look away. Sorry.

I like this. The blue border definitely brings out the color in this shot. For me personally, I would've liked to see a close-up of just the circular door in all its blue and rusted glory.
