River Reflectionsby Judith PolakoffComment by Judith Polakoff: Oops! I could have sworn that basic editing rules allowed Gaussian blur and Noise to be added on a separate layer, but upon re-reading the rules I see that only adjustment layers are allowed. My bad! :) |
