This is awesome with the dark shading around the baby, as well as that grain, for some texture. A classic. The red shirt just sends it over the top for me. Great!

Looks like yiu have a bit of motion blur or camera shake here. The idea was strong for this challenge, but overall the processing or lack of it hurt your score.

I think a really tight crop of the face would have made the photo a lot stronger.

Glad to hear she's doing fine. Cute as she can be.

So very saddened to read of the news :(
I was hoping the black eye was a product of editing not reality. With the pic blurry in some places I couldn't make it out.

I wish a fast and easy and 100% recovery to your sweet daughter and this will all be a distant memory to you, her, your family and friends.

She was ok. She has a tiny fracture above her eye, but the dr's said it would heal nicely. As of today, the bump on the forehead is gone and her eye looks like it has a small purple smudge under it.

This pic is one in a series I took for when we go to court. We're suing the company that had the faulty seatbelt that broke and tossed her carseat into the street.

That's a sweet kid but I dont get the photo. Was her right eye darkened during post processing? I hope so because I couldn't in my mind imagine what could have happened to her. Poor child.
