Shutter Speedby MissLafayComment by Go-KL: You would have fun waving your camera around for a second or so and I guess the lights make a lot of lines, but for it to be serendipity wouldn't the lights have to have done something like create a face or a heart or the circuit diagram for Silverstone?! |

Spongeby MissLafayComment by Neil: Good idea! I think it might have been better even closer though, and perhaps with some color to punch it up (though if really close, B&W might have shown stronger contrasts/textures IMHO.) |

Spongeby MissLafayComment by jonpink: just a sponge - needs something else added to the shot to hold interest for more than a few seconds. |

Spongeby MissLafayComment by karmat: Great texture, but I almost think this is one instance where color may have been more interesting. |

Spongeby MissLafayComment by jpochard: I see the texture, but the subject and composition just don't hold my interest. |

Spongeby MissLafayComment by e301: Definitely, obviously texture, at least. But there's no shape, no coherence to the composition: little depth, not a great deal of variety, in short nothing to draw and hold the eye. Monochrome is effective, as it definitely makes the image about surfaces rather than colour. It's just too uninteresting an image for me, I fear. |
