Too tight over the eyes. The line between deliberately not including the entire face and looking like you just plain missed is very fine, and I think you came out on the wrong side of it.

This is a very well lit studio portrait. It's an interesting composition, too, but the eyes being cut off is a little distracting.

There's a series of videos on youtube that's called "you suck at photoshop" (I don't say that you do!!!!!), and one of them is about treating colors with curves in photoshop. He turns tomatoes into deliciously looking tomatoes. I think that treatment and a bit more sharpening could improve this photo. Anyway, I do feel like eating an apple now.

And, if you do check out those videos, just be prepared for the lame lame lame humour in it. I learned alot about photoshop from them! 7
