The crop doesn't do it justice i.m.h.o.
Meaning: what bothers me is the cut right through his right eye and just above the left eye. His right ear is cut as well but somehow this bothers me less than the eyes.

Interesting choice for your crop or perhaps the actual setup. Using the title "watcher" suggests we should be paying attention to his man's eyes so I find it strange that we cannot see more of them. Presumably this was done to be intentionally disconcerting. I will come back to this again later to see if I like it more the second time around...
