Water Lightby torrenzanoComment by dahkota: Interesting take on the challenge. I see the water is in focus but because so much of the image is made of other strong elements their softness takes away from the presentation. A shot like this is really difficult to acheive due to the slowness of the shutter. The only thing I can think of is try a higher ISO and smaller aperature. Course that is my opinion. One of my favorite parts of the image is the water drips on the left. Beautiful! |

Busy Beesby torrenzanoComment by nborton: i really like the clean simplistic look. the only unfortunate thing is that the bees kinda blend into the flower. too bad they don't stand out more. |

Busy Beesby torrenzanoComment by Dr.Confuser: I am sorry you didn't get much closer. Maybe the sunflowers were too tall, as mine are. I think that would have felt more like a macro shot to me, and been more dramatic. |

Busy Beesby torrenzanoComment by willem: I don't like the composition with the flower in the middle and lots of space around it which doesn't add anything. The main subject (center of flower and bees) is also rather dark. Good sharpness though. |

Busy Beesby torrenzanoComment by f-32: I love the high-key effect and the fact that you didn't lose your edges on leaves or petals. The bees end up a little too dark, but the flowers are so powerful one hardly cares! I love this shot! |

Glowing Ballby torrenzanoComment by Curious: I love this image. The composition is perfect. The depth of field is dramatic. The lighting and colours are awesome. Well Done. |

Aging Dockby torrenzanoComment by dsa157: an interesting image but very blown out on the highlights. given the featureless sky, you might consider shooting tighter to put the dock more fully in the frame. A lower visual angle and positioning the camera to put the foreground boards in the left corner of the frame would have providing strong leading lines to guide the eye towards the interesting covered structure. |

Glowing Ballby torrenzanoComment by Kylie: This is pure blue on my monitor, but I gave a high score anyway (still hints at purple at the very least, or just the difference in monitors!). The focus is so crisp and beautiful and just a great shot overall!!! Would make an awesome print. |

Glowing Ballby torrenzanoComment by Bran-O-Rama: Nice composition and DOF. Spikey ball on left appears in sharper focus than blue/purple flower although it could be an optical illusion. |
