Your focus seems quite soft here. I think that I would prefer this to have a sharper focus throughout the photo. Especially since it's a 'sharp' subject. The rust does look good on the green grass. I wonder what would happen if you upped the saturation a slight bit? Definately a rusted subject and fits the challenge nicely. The bright white sky is a bit of a distraction, too bad you couldn't have caught some blue there. ~Heather~

The subject is there but I think the focus could be sharper and the distracting wires at top cropped out. The diagonal division of red and green was a good idea.

This seems to be a little out of focus. On some things a soft focus is nice, but it doesn't work on this. Machinery looks better with crisp, hard edges.

I like the subject and the composition. The focus seems a little soft. Perhaps some post-processing sharpening would help.
