Hunters Starby Rando D300Comment by capgal: I once started (okay, bought the fabric) for a quilt with simialr colors and effect, love it!! (Might have to dig that stuff out!) Oh yeah, and great photo too, lol! The lighting and the shadows really make this a nice work, great job! |

Hunters Starby Rando D300Comment by srbrubaker: The thumbnail promised nothing, but this is and interedting photo. I love the textures in the hand and in the quilt. As much as I want to like this photo, the disembodied hand doesn't work for me though I can't articulate whay. |

Hunters Starby Rando D300Comment by Mr_Pants: It took a little studying to work out what this was. The dark, blurred material in the foreground confused me for a minute. The centre of attention is nicely sharp, though. |

Hunters Starby Rando D300Comment by dartompkins: This is a great image. The lighting on the hand is very interesting. Nice subject and colors as well. I think this might be a stronger image if the shadowed lower part of the shot were cropped. Take a look at this after cropping a little more than a third from the bottom of the shot. I think loosing the shadow and placing the point of the star near the bottom of the frame really draws your eye to the focal point better. |
