Wow! Color here is great! Lime gree shows up great as does the rusty color on the wheels and the dirt and grime on the sides of the car and wheels. Road sign is nice and clear also. Nice job.

Interesting shot. That red antenne in the middle distracts a little though.

Composition-Content
Firstly, I like your idea for this picture, you made a good point. However, when I look at this picture, I see space! Where I live, in Japan, there is nothing but buildings, they have about 5cm between each building, literally! So, space is all relative. I would hate to see this happen in other beautiful parts of the world. You have made a great picture in this respect, as it makes you think and acts as a springboard for discussion. As far as composition goes, people have mentioned that there is no clear focal point, I think that you might have been able to use the road leading into the picture as opposed to horizontally, however it is hard to say this without seeing the view behind.
Technical
Use of panoramic was a good choice, it looks like you used a wide lense which has added a slight curve to the horizon. Colours seem a little soft here, I wonder if you could have boosted them a bit more.
My Opinion
The best thing about this picture is that you have made a statement, one of the most important parts of photography IMO. Good Luck in the next challenge.

Should have moved the car more to the right and zoomed out slight. The antena is in the way of the sign as it is.
