I like your composition, colors and focus. There seems to be a little distortion right around the edges of the hand and anchor. I've learned that working on a jpg image sometimes causes this. I've started saving mine as tif until I'm through editing and then converting to jpg to enter contest. Just a little suggestion, for whatever it's worth ;)
