Cool shot, I don't know why but I like shots with hands in them.
The colors and the softness are wonderful.
But you could have legally cleaned up some of the distracting bits.
The white dots under her butt and what looks like lens dust to the right of her torso. Overall this is nicely done.
I voted two points higher than your guess.

The concept and dof are pretty good, but the lighting needs work. Special care should be taken to create nice highlights in th glass. Light should be less direct and flat.
