I feel you were robbed of a ribbon IMHO.

Wow. Love the colors and that facepaint! Too bad about the little bit of modern stuff in the background, but you have some good blur to keep it minimized. Not anything you would have had control over, as this looks like a public festival.

I like the perspective. One of the better ones, in a lacklustre challenge. Mind you the topic is boring so what can we expect, not much eh!

Really? Wow. Now that says volumes.

In what regard? I thought the display of the man on the right with his private parts covered as they were, seemed a bit over the top and somewhat disgusting for public viewing.

Would love to hear your thoughts on your follow-up comment.

Why try to explain after you have verbalized in clear terms an intolerance towards photography that doesn̢۪t meet your very ridged definition of art and freedom of expression (by the artist and the subjects apparently). No wonder DPC is barely a shadow of its former self. So we are left with bugs and puppies so the very few can act all self important and chummy. Cancel culture at the extreme. Hope nothing offends you going forward.

oh heck. I am a fairly restrained if open minded senior, and I found it amusing, even enlightening about a world I know little about.
