Familyby leafComment by tpoc: oh! the hair makes the baby look like he/she's sporting a beard!
i like the idea for this pic. i would be interested in seeing this picture with a different crop, or taken at an angle where the viewer could see some of the mother's face. |

Familyby leafComment by smilebig4me1x: this is a very loving, mother and child portrait but i would have had her move her hair away from the baby...the baby looks like its eatting her hair! the lighting, focus and processing are perfect. good luck :o) ~~Cher~~ |

Familyby leafComment by CNovack: It is those big, bright wide open eyes that capture our attention in this photo. Lighting is wonderful and complementary to the subjects. My only critique on this one is that you could have very easily zoomed/cropped it closer such that just the mother's head and the child's head with the arm clutched on the shoulder fills the frame. |

Familyby leafComment by Elaine: I think it would have been better if this were taken from an angle so that some of mom's face was included. |

Familyby leafComment by Maverick: Great expression on the child! I'd like to see more of the mother's face though to show more of the relationship between the two. As shot though, the highlights on the baby draw my attention, so it isn't really a big issue not showing the mother's face. |

Familyby leafComment by inspir8tion: I wish I could give this shot more than a 10. It is such perfection...one of my favorites. Thanks. |

They're In On Itby leafComment by leaf: Well the point was that I was hoping the face in the lettuce (you can see the two eyes and part of the nose) would be ovious and then you would 'assume' the other vegatables were animate as well. :)
anyhow, thanks for the comments.. it was a fun photo to do. |
