Bauhausby whiteroomComment by nico_blue: interesting narrative elements and great toning. I am not really sure what is going on or what Bauhaus is, so the shot overall just goes over my head. |

Bauhausby whiteroomComment by jenesis: So much to see in this photo. I could study it for hours just soaking in all the little details. Your treatment suits the scene very well. |

Bauhausby whiteroomComment by alien2thisworld: Very interesting feel in this shot. It looks very old, and most of the shot is in very soft focus. I think the sepia tones work well. |

Bauhausby whiteroomComment by librodo: GREAT SHOT. My choice for the BLUE. It does tell a lot of story. It looks candid. It is a documentary picture. 10 |

Bauhausby whiteroomComment by dahkota: A reference to the art school? I go back and forth on this image - what I love is, at the same time, what I hate. Guess that's the point. Evoking emotion that is. The pose of the man/boy is submissive. I can almost see a whip in the woman's hand. Must be her stern expression. Wish I had a glimpse of the face of the artist at the lower left. Not that it would add, but I am intregued (sp?) I think your post processing works for the most part. I haven't figured out the significance of the 'professor' being lighted. But again it goes back the submissive pose of the model. Its looks as if a play is being put on, a play for my benefit but I can't quite figure out what I am supposed to take away from it. See - love and hate - I want to take something away but I'm not quite smart enough to figure it out. Ahhh...such is life. A 9 for making me think so much and for being interested enough to want more (the part I hate is not getting the more from the image). I'm afraid, as with anything that requires more than 1/8 of a second, you will suffer at the hands of the voters. Again, such is life. |

Bauhausby whiteroomComment by mesmeraj: strange...creepy...fascinating! Is there someone in the foreground drawing the sceen? The set up has a lot of potential, but it all seems a little muddled in this isntant. Id be interested in seeinfg the outtakes |
