The eye contact is good. The red shirt is good. The light is quite unfortunate in this picture, and so is PP.

The "Sparkle" sign is a good find. Otherwise the picture is nothing interesting. My rule of thumb is this: if you feel like you need to paint a photograph, then you are doing something wrong at the picture-taking stage.

reminds me of italian movies of neo-realism era. nice feel. the problem, though is that the picture lacks action of any kind. just imagine, if the man upfront was turned with his face to men behind him, the shot would have so much more tension!
