Nice shot. The composition and contrast in colours is great. Nice lighting on your model's face. If anything I think the pink dress looks slightly over exposed.

This is beautiful photo, everything is perfect, and the photographer definitely deserved to win the blue ribbon.

I do have some questions though, why would ANYONE give this photo a vote of less than than a 6? I understand that the voting is subjective, but there is no way anyone would think this is a below average photo, yet 39 or about 15% of the voters thought it was below average. It would appear that some people give those photographs who they view as competition, a low score to improve their ranking in the contest. I am new here, but is this common?
