The ilumination on the bucket along with the dark detail-less face of the tall figure could use some work. However just a touch, strong use of light on dark are excellent and capturing a moment in time are well done.Other possibilties i might suggest is slower shuttder speed to show more motion, i do realize that seeing this photo on the screen verse a print that your shadow detail maybe better reflected. I might also consider a straight black and white version or at least tone down the sepia effect.
