this photo looks like a critique of every photograph of "third world" children. or it is a political cartoon about the detrimental effects of international plastic culture on "native" populations. The strategic tear in the bag intrigues me. It's as if you couldn't resist the very sort of thing you're critiquing, those big dark beckoning eyes...
