LOL I can read this :). I reckon this photo was taken somewhere in South Africa. In Dutch the sign would say: "Rijd voorzichtig onverharde weg".

Now about the picture: I think the colours are a little dull. With the help of Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop this could have been easily resolved. Besides the sign there isn't much of interest. I think if you had showed us more of the surroundings the photo would gain much more appeal.
