Maybe try it with the old side shadowed that way it'll look more real and less like theator makeup. Otherwise this is a great idea, the method of lighting just bugs me.

Well I don´t want to say the makeup is not well done but it is not really convincing either, if her shoulder is supposed to be an open wound it doesn´t really look like it. Also, not wanting to sound like a perv, I would have asked her to wear something that left her shoulders bare, the white top looks a bit out of place, the bare shoulders would have fitted more or something black, like a leather jacket or something.

Wow is all I can say! This image is captivating. You did a fantastically brillint job on this image. The make-up is literally unbelievable! You're use of font type flows from one age to the older age. Simply unreal. 10 from me. (Think I'll go and dye my hair, now!)
