I have no idea why this one wasnt nearer the top. I scored this really high as it very well could be a first memory. I know that my kids as soon as they got home from teh hospital where licked by the dogs. Anyways, I think it was a great shot.

The subject is captured nicely with an interesting mix of shades from the reflection. The entering shadow line on the background, left of the string, is very slightly distracting to me relative to the string (just to nit-pick :).

I would bet good money that you are getting a DNMC vote or two, so good luck with that. It's a solid picture (and that surface is indeed reflective) so I hope you do well.

I like a lot this shot, it's clean and well composed, but I don't get a real connection with the challenge, sure the star does reflects a little but not enough to convey the idea of a reflection. I won't rate cause I don't want to rate low.

Really excellent, clever picture! The lighting is great, depth of field is exactly right, the product is in sharp focus. One teeensty problem (and I really am nit picking at this point) is that the S is obscured. Other than that, great!

I like this... very symbolic and reflective on a couple of levels. I wonder if it might have even more impact with a strong background color ... but maybe that might be too cheesy? Either way, I like the composition too :-)
