Oh my goodness! I had a very similar idea for the "Green" challenge - only I was trying to use an avocado and I partially desaturated it (where I had "collected" the essence from). I never entered it though because it just ended up looking like a freaky food tampering shot! The cactus works! So cool to see someone have the idea and follow thru! 7
