Kitty Gourmetby instepsComment by kdkaboom: I love this shot :)
I don't know how great it is on theme, but it's just my favorite of all the entries...very clever, and a great composition!!! |

Kitty Gourmetby instepsComment by afarland: Ah I get it, a fish in a nest! Great idea, one of the more creative "makes you think" pictures in this competition (which has been lacking for this one). One of my higher ranked ones, good luck! |

Guiding Lightsby instepsComment by DJLuba: This one stopped me dead in my tracks. Thank you for not making this into a B & W. Great use of a border as well. This is an awesome photo. Congrats. |

Kitty Gourmetby instepsComment by arngrimur: This one stands out from the crowd, very JJ-ish. A very elegant choice of elements that pleases the aye. The lighting is just right, composition is simple and fits the subject well. |

Kitty Gourmetby instepsComment by willem: great concept and appealing image. Not sure whether it is wacky, although in some countries they eat bird nests, that counts for me as wacky. A great image to look at, in my top 3. |

Kitty Gourmetby instepsComment by Cantique: Somehow the title doesn't quite fit for me on this. The picture has a quality of elegance that the title lacks. However I would not take points away because of a title. I really like this photo. Love the sepia tone and the great textures. Also really like the composition. Excellent photo. |

Guiding Lightsby instepsComment by JPR: excellent image. i expect this will do very well. Not sure I like your composition but I have no doubt that it was fully intentional so i won't get into it. Besides that, the brightness in the upperleft is a little distracting although well exposed considering what the scene must have been like. 9 |

Guiding Lightsby instepsComment by Koriyama: This is a beautiful capture. My only suggestion would be to rotate the whole image on its left/right axis to have the lights leading the eye left to right, as in how we read, rather than back out of the frame. 6 |

Guiding Lightsby instepsComment by arngrimur: Elegant shot with a helping title. The blue light coming from the right is maybe out of balance with the warm tones in the rest of the image? |
