This reminds me of an episode of either "Twilight Zone" or "Outer Limits." A guy was being judged for something or another...this has a very similar lighting and feel.

A clever idea and a technical success, it's less than successful in an artistic sense. DOF control is excellant and the lighting isn't over done creating blooms. The subject is less than interesting. Perhaps a different background with a slightly different angle would have helped. A little more thought and better framing would have brought the rating higher.
