It may be my computer but I think there is a lot more that you could do with this picture seems a little flat some depth would give it some life. Im thinking you will return to this picture often and rework it.

I'm tempted to add a couple of extra points for what the sign says *chuckle*
I like the bw tonality, and the composition works very well on me. The contrast is wonderful, with nice dark tones on the left and lighter ones on the right, capped off by the hair on the primary subject. I think I will add those two extra points :)

Good job isolating the subject's face in the dark field. I might have cropped from the bottom to an exact square, and to lessen the amount of bright foreground so it frames the face but dosn't compete with it for attention.
